clean room wonderful staff
The room was clean and the beds were comfy. I enjoyed easy check-in and wonderful staff.
Some things in the room were broken. Some maintenance would be welcome.

mixed experience. with issues
rude staff no investigation
the location was good for exploring, like the "de hallen food market".
I had an appallingly bad experience with the staff here. they couldn't find my payment, and i was treated like a criminal. there was no effort to investigate the issue on their part. I was repeatedly told i would need to pay again.

great selection delicious pancakes useful kettle
I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. the room included a kettle! which was very useful. breakfast had a great selection. The pancakes were delicious.
one receptionist was unfriendly, she said her shift was over and would not serve us

The room was spacious and well-lit. The location provided convenient access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered fresh ingredients from local suppliers. I found this excellent.
